The weekly

So I

have decided each week I am going to stay on top of adding a few of my favorite pics to our blog. Here are a few of the things we did this week...... Khloe stood on the table ( more than 100 times) and talked on her "phone", Krazy Khloe explored the doggie door at Grandpa Dickie and Grandma Kathy's, Karson took his 1st ride a scooter (I see a future at TSS for him:) , and Karson smiled...in the midst of a no good horrible very bad mommy day he smiled... a lot, and that made me smile!

You can't take it with you.

So another crazy has predicted when the world will end. Saturday May 21st, 2011. Yes that is right you better call in sick tomorrow and enjoy your last Friday on this earth as we know it. Okay okay I have always been one to have an opinion and I have never been afraid to share it. I do NOT believe these headlines. I have a personal relationship with God and I believe his word is true
1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 ESV For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord. As much as I like to laugh a little about these types of headlines as they come out over the years, this time it got me to thinking. Maybe it is because I have children, I am really not sure. Anyhow, I got to thinking...what if? What if we really think about tomorrow, and we remember that there are no guarantees. What would we do differently. May people say they would go and spend all there money. People would go buy worldly things that can not go with them, we are not all blessed with brains. I know my list could go on forever. I would cherish my family. I would cuddle with my children and my amazing husband and love on them endlessly. I would spend more time talking to God. I would find joy is everything. I would let those who mean the most to me know how much I love them. I would spend time with my family, and maybe I would read a list like this and use it as a reminder that tomorrow is not guaranteed. What if....

a picture is worth 1000 words.....

I have joined the blogging world (a few years late, I know).I google things all the time and I always stumble upon the more helpful blogs. Blogs that are so much more complex, adorable, organized, and have purpose. Mine is lacking a few of these. I am a "picture person" I love pictures, I love pictures of my kids, other people kids, I love pictures that remind me of places I have been, places I dream about going, and most of all I love pictures that tell a story. So why the info about my love for pictures? I will be typing very little on this blog. Pictures will tell the stories of our days. I hope you enjoy and continue to visit often :) Have a blessed day!
